At Turners we have for many years built strong professional relationships with our clients based upon core values that our clients understand and respect.

However  the legal market place has changed and we have not been able to offer all of the services that we have wanted to.

We are very pleased to announce that on the 29th March 2018 Turners will merge with Dutton Gregory LLP.  Dutton Gregory has been established for 70 years and has offices throughout Hampshire and Dorset and a presence in London.  The firm has over 130 staff who look after the needs of families and businesses alike.  More details can be found on their website at www.duttongregory.co.uk

Turners will be moving from its offices at 1 Poole Road on the 29th March 2018 and will move into Dutton Gregory’s office at No 3 Poole Road which is next door.

Dutton Gregory have car parking for clients and we believe that for clients of the firm the move will be seamless.

You will still be able to contact us on our phone number 01202 291291, by e mail and post which will be redirected.

The merger of our two firms will enhance our product, knowledge and experience; in fact cases that we have not had capacity to deal with can now be undertaken with confidence.

This is an exciting development for us and the combined firms will offer great opportunities for us and our clients.

As part of the move all wills, LPA’s and other deeds and documents together with closed files held by us will be transferred to Dutton Gregory LLP for safe storage along with all monies held by us on your behalf in our client account.

The Solicitors Regulation Authority tell us that we must have our clients informed consent for the transfer of files and client monies as we hold money on trust for you, and that we should also have your consent to move your matter to Dutton Gregory LLP.

In any current matter that we handle for you would you please confirm that you consent to this arrangement. You can do this by either phone, e mail or a letter to the person dealing with your instructions.

Should you wish to discuss any aspect of this then please either contact Mike shutler who is our managing partner or your client partner.

On the 29th March 2018 all staff including Jane Cole, Caroline Crutcher (presently on maternity leave) and partners Mike Shutler, Sue Hobby and David Blackmore will transfer to Dutton Gregory LLP.

The merger of Turners with Dutton Gregory LLP is not something that should cause you any concern, they will be our successor practice and we can recommend them unreservedly.
