David specializes in commercial civil litigation and commercial mediation including all forms of property and contractual disputes in both the High and County Courts, partnership and company disputes and employment law. David also deals with disputes involving children either over contact or residence on a privately funded basis as sadly due to the Government's eradication of the Legal Aid system the firm surrendered its civil contarct in 2008. David joined Turners in 1998 and became a Partner in 2002.

His interests out of the office include golf and sailing.
