Jamilah joined Turners probate and private client department on the 6th October 2008 as an assistant solicitor, having previously worked for a firm of Solicitors in West Dorset. She qualified as a solicitor in November 2007.

As a young solicitor with a sound training in private client matters Jamila expands the current team and on arrival she hit the ground running with a full case load.

Jamilah completed her secondary education at an international school in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and attained her Honours degree in European Comparative and International Law at the University of Sheffield. Her degree included studying abroad for a semester at the University of Helsinki in Finland.

Outside the office Jamilah enjoys swimming, traveling and playing the piano and clarinet. She is also a member of the Bournemouth and District Junior Lawyers Committee.
