Kerry Houston

Kerry qualified as a commercial property solicitor in September 2004, joining Turners in December 2005. Kerry carries out a wide range of work including sales and purchase of commercial premises, drafting and reviewing commercial leases, sales of small businesses and acting for property developers in acquisitions and plot sales.

On 1st April 2008, Kerry became an Associate.

Kerry graduated from the University of Warwick with an Honours degree in European Law. Kerry also spent a year studying French Law at the University of Bordeaux where she received the Certificate of French Law.

Before starting her training contract, Kerry spent 5 months travelling and working in Australia and Asia.

Outside of the office, Kerry is a very keen Ballroom and Latin American dancer. She also enjoys travelling and tennis.
