Kevin Whitlock - head of litigation and dispute resolution

Kevin heads up our Civil Litigation department. He has a following in private matrimonial work but also maintains a large  and successful Civil Litigation practice primarily for business clients, including landlord and tenant disputes both for private landlords and housing associations. 

Kevin also deals with cases suitable for mediation.

Kevin qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and became a partner in 1983, first practising in the fields of general Civil Litigation, advising on contractual matters and company commercial disputes.

An experienced advocate, Kevin regularly appears in local County Courts.

Kevin is married with two children and is a keen game angler and rugby union enthusiast.
