Kim is our Human Resources Manager, and a member of our management team.
She has had a varied and wide ranging career having worked in Further Education and the NHS before moving to Bournemouth from Leicestershire in 1998. She joined Turners from another Bournemouth law firm in April 2006.
Her role - which is a new one for the firm, and still developing - involves providing the full HR function, including responsibility for recruitment and selection. Kim also has full responsibility for all Office Management procedures too.
Kim is married to Paul, and between them they have 4 adult children and two grandchildren.
Out of the office Kim enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, long walks on the beach, socialising with friends and Paul is (painstakingly!) teaching her to play chess.
