Paul qualified in 1986 and joined Turners in 1992, specialising in private client litigation including estate and trust litigation, contested wills and family financial provision.

Paul became a partner in the firm in 1994, and following the recent consolidation of the Bournemouth and Wimborne offices, we are delighted to welcome Paul to Bournemouth!

In May 2002, Paul transferred to our non-contentious Wills, Trusts Tax and Probate team, which he now heads, with particular emphasis on inheritance tax planning,  will writing, complex estates and trust and estate management.

Paul is married with five children and outside the office his interests include family history, cycle training and touring on and off road, wildlife observation and playing rhythm guitar and bass.
