Simon is a specialist family lawyer.

Primarily dealing with finances and divorce or separation, he also represents clients on children disputes including financial claims. He is also increasingly becoming involved in advising on, and drafting, pre-nuptial and living together contracts for wealthy individuals.

Simon started work as a lawyer in Bournemouth in 1987 and, after practicing locally, spent five years with a prestigious provincial practice in the South East representing very high net worth individuals, frequently in the principal registry in London. He joined Turners in 2008.

An experienced advocate in the family courts, Simon is an accredited specialist with Resolution (www.resolution.org.uk) in Advanced financial provision and Childrens Law (private). He is also an experienced Collaborative lawyer (www.collablaw.org.uk).

Originally from Leicestershire, Simon lives in Dorset and is married with 3 children, 2 dogs and a cat. He is a lapsed sportsman but an armchair enthusiast, particularly of rugby union.
