Simon Immins - head of family and matrimonial

Simon is a specialist family lawyer. Simon also deals with Private Client matters including Wills and Probate work and contested Probate and Inheritance Act claims

Primarily dealing with finances and divorce or separation, he also represents clients on children disputes including financial claims. He is also increasingly involved in advising on, and drafting, pre-nuptial and living together contracts for wealthy individuals.

With wide ranging family law experience Simon also has knowledge of Will drafting, Probate and Trust Administrations and is also able to advise and undertake Family Proceedings and Inheritance Act claims. He can advise on how to contest a will, what you might expect to achieve by doing so and how the process works.

Simon started work as a lawyer in Bournemouth in 1987 and, after practicing locally, spent five years with a prestigious provincial practice in the South East representing very high net worth individuals, frequently in the principal registry in London. He joined Turners in 2008.

Originally from Leicestershire, Simon lives in Dorset and is married with 3 children, 2 dogs and a cat. He is a lapsed sportsman but an armchair enthusiast, particularly of rugby union.
