Sue Hobby - head of residential property

Sue Hobby qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and became a Partner of the firm in 2002, she has specialised in residential conveyancing, lease extensions and enfranchisement law for many years.

Sue heads up the firm’s Residential Conveyancing Department and has an extensive knowledge of the local area and conditions. She has many contacts in the property sector and she is well liked by Clients and Estate Agents.

Sue has lived in the Bournemouth area for most of her life, she is married with a young son. Outside of the office Sue likes cycling, swimming and reading.
