All properties marketed for sale in England and Wales need a Home Information Pack (HIP).
You cannot market your property without one. The HIP will include the property's title documents, a questionnaire which you (the seller) have to complete and local and drainage searches. The HIP must contain an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). If the property is leasehold, a copy of your lease.

We can provide a HIP from £199 inc vat for freehold properties (from £219 inc vat for leasehold properties). Regional variations will apply.
