Read the terms and conditions of our Fixed Price Conveyancing promotion here. (effective from the 13th May 2010)

Please complete an e-mail enquiry form if you would like one of our experienced team to contact you and discuss your requirements.

On sales and purchases* up to £300,000 we will charge a flat rate of £495 plus VAT and disbursements
If you phone other solicitors to compare prices, ask them about hidden charges; you may be surprised. A conveyancing quote from Turners will include not only our fixed price conveyancing charge but also all other charges and disbursements which you will have to pay.

Please note that on sales and purchases our fixed price offer is not available if you have been referred to us by a third party with whom we have a referral agreement. Details of the names of those agents with whom we have referral agreements are available upon request. In these circumstances we will be happy to quote you a price for conveyancing.

On the purchases of new flats (leasehold) and shared equity purchases we will make a surcharge of £100 plus VAT because of the extra work these transactions involve.

If you are obtaining a mortgage or loan to buy your property and we are acting for the mortgagee there may be an additional charge to cover the work your mortgage provider requires us to undertake. If there is then we will make this clear to you.

So, what’s included?:

legal fees for your conveyancing (the legal work involved in buying or selling your property, investigating the sellers title and carrying out all appropriate searches to make sure that you are buying what you are intending to buy), and
